By David Dietrich Via Fairfax Free Citizen Judi Caler, Article V Issues Director for EAGLE FORUM of California, recently wrote an article opposing an Article V Convention, based on what she considers “myths” presented by Rita Dunaway, Staff Counsel for Convention of States (COS) Project.
