I think we are at a crossroads in history. I don't know how this will end but I want to document it. I want to leave words behind me so others will know the truth. I once lived in a time and place when men were free.
I'm very honored and happy that two of my favorite politicians follow me on twitter, Senator Ted Cruz and Congressman Jim Bridenstine @tedcruz @RepJBridenstine

Many are disappointed. Add me to that list.
I feel you Mike. 😦
I’m shaking my head. I was a big defender of her. Now I’ve lost all respect. As you said Alexis, for her and all the other conservative sites that are supporting him.
I agree Cheryl. I’m worried Trump might have used his billions to destroy the first shot we have had in 30 years to have a conservative president.
The status quo has got to go!” Palin said last night in Tulsa.
Please. Trump has been an insider for decades – he has contributed to, been a part of and helped maintain the status quo much the same as the politicians Palin and Trump are railing against. Yes, the politicians hold elected positions, but Trump holds a position too – a quote by Bob Dole sums up nicely why the establishment wing of the GOP can accept Trump (and not Cruz): “he’s kind of a deal-maker.”
He’s a quintessential insider running as an outsider. And a liar. “Not much different than Hillary Clinton, really…” Really, Donald?
The thing that bothers me most about Palin’s endorsement of Trump is his position regarding abortion. I never thought Palin would compromise on the pro-life issue, not ever. I was wrong. Apparently she is willing to compromise on quite a few of what I thought were her principles.
If the next president is elected and we have all put our principles aside to do it, will it be worth it? What will it mean? This country is in very deep trouble.
Oh Char, nothing makes sense anymore. Trump’s billions have cause such an illusion.
To give Sarah Palin the benefit of the doubt (which she has earned), I think she believes that Donald Trump has evolved enough such that the best chances for Restoration is by supporting him. Unfortunately, it sad to see that this wonderful patriot is not only taking flak from the left but from those who call themselves conservative. Well Ted Cruz is fond of the statement “If you’re not taking flak, you’re not over the target”. By the way, there is a video clip in which Ted Cruz apparently said ‘I’m a Christian first, I’m an American second, I’m a conservative third and I’m a Republican fourth’ (— accessed between approximately 12:55 and 13:03 at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NXeVPyvqPqw (“Donald J Trump One On One with Don Lemon on CNN TONIGHT Full Interview Wednesday, January 20, 2016”)) ( http://www.bostonherald.com/news/us_politics/2016/01/ted_cruz_rips_rivals_touts_his_conservative_creed ); is it appropriate to vote for someone to become President of the United States who claims to give precedence to his religion over being an American? Is this characteristic of not being a “natural born American” (as elucidated in
https://queenofliberty.com/2016/01/06/cruz-is-a-natural-born-citizen-brush-off-the-birthers/ )?
This must be a mass nightmare, Donald Trump being the front running Republican candidate, and now Sara Palin Endorsing Trump. I hope we wake up soon.
Part of America is waking up while another part falls deeper into sleep. God help us.

(ps QOL – I just checked and two of my comments are not currently displayed (#comment-51156 and #comment-51174) but #comment-51183 is posted; are there any guidelines I should know about? By the way, if you approve this comment then #comment-51174 would be basically redundant … — Thanks, RP)
