HHS Secretary Kathleen Sebelius actually had the nerve to blame Obamacare failures on GOP governors and all the little kool-aid drinkers who watch MSNBC believed her. Plus two thirds of small business workers will see higher premiums. Video from Your World with Cavuto on FoxNews.
