Michael Farris was on C-Span talking about the Convention of states.



“Michael Farris talked about his group’s call for states to call for a convention to amend the Constitution, which they can do under Article 5 of the document. Two-thirds of states must issue a call in order for the federal government to organize such a convention. He also discussed the topics he believed would merit a constitutional amendment.”
