I like Trey Gowdy. But, I wonder what exactly was the point of this hearing. They knew what Gruber had said already, and probably knew he wasn’t going to shed any more light on this.
I think it is all bluster, grandstanding. Sadly I don’t think the Republicans will do anything to de-fund Obamacare. They will fund it, and this is all for show.
Just my cynical opinion. We are in such big trouble in this country.
I know the GOP establishment are spineless wimps who won’t do anything. It’s still fun to watch Gruber squirm if only for a few minutes. I wish we had a few hundred guys like Cruz, Lee, Bachmann, Gohmert etc. in DC but unfortunately we don’t.
And they are apparently going to fund Obama’s EO regarding amnesty, too. That omnibus bill is piled with pork.

Obama’s lawless executive actions will now be very well funded. DC refuses to hear “we the people!”
It’s so frustrating. D.C. is putting coal in our Christmas stockings. (Except they hate the coal industry too!)
