So you can’t say, Oh, these politicians they represent the will of the people. it doesn’t matter if they represent the will of the people. They still have to operate within the confines of the constitution. Otherwise we have a breakdown. And ladies and gentlemen, we have a breakdown! We have a breakdown.
Levin is right. That is pretty much what Dershowitz said. According to Dershowitz the Constitution was up for election, lost and should be changed. These people are unbelievable! Thanks Lewis!
I’m sory to say I didn’t see Bolling kick Dershowitz’ ass. I saw it the other way around..Dershowitz didn’t allow Bolling to speak, and clearly dominated the conversation. I hate these self righteous Liberals, but Bolling never made his point..
LOL, well it is Geraldo so you can’t expect fair & balanced. I give Bolling a little handicap too since he was so slow in seeing through Chris Christie’s B.S. Eric got in the point about Congress controling the purse and he got two digs in on how people shouldn’t pay to have Dershowitz teach the Constitution to their children.Dershowitz is completely distorting the general welfare clause.
